Which capsules does it use?

The Creatista Pro uses Nespresso Original capsules. It does not use Nespresso Vertuo capsules or loose ground coffee.

Can I adjust the milk?

Yes. The touchscreen lets you adjust milk temperature and froth level to suit your drink. Use the supplied milk jug and keep the milk between its marked minimum and maximum levels.

Can I save my favourite settings?

Yes. Adjust your coffee volume, milk temperature and froth level, then save your custom drink using the touchscreen. Your saved recipe appears in the drinks menu for easy selection next time.

How do I clean the machine?

Empty the drip tray and used-capsule container daily. Rinse and dry the milk jug after each use, and wipe the steam wand with a clean, damp cloth. Follow the touchscreen instructions for steam-wand maintenance and descaling. Do not put machine parts in the dishwasher.

Can I make black coffee?

Yes. You can prepare ristretto, espresso and lungo without milk. The dedicated hot-water function also lets you add hot water to your espresso for a longer black coffee.
