These terms cover your use of aurevora.store and anything you buy from us. Browsing the site or placing an order means you accept them. If any part doesn't work for you, please don't use the site.

"We," "us," and "Aurevora" mean the business above. "You" means the person browsing or buying.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract to order from us. If you're under 18, you may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who takes responsibility for the order.

By ordering you confirm you meet this requirement and that the products are lawful to receive at your delivery address. Orders placed in breach of this section may be canceled and refunded without further obligation on our part.

3. Your Account

An account is optional. If you create one, keep the password to yourself and your details current. Activity through your account is your responsibility, so tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or close accounts used for fraud, abuse, or breaches of these terms.

4. Products, Descriptions & Stock

We work to describe every product accurately, drawing on specifications supplied by manufacturers. Even so, listings can contain errors or omissions, and specifications, materials, and packaging occasionally change without notice.

Where a product carries manufacturer labeling or instructions, those govern and take precedence over our website copy. Please read what comes in the box.

Photographs are illustrative. Colors shift between screens depending on calibration and brightness, and packaging gets redesigned periodically, so what arrives may differ cosmetically from the image shown.

Stock isn't guaranteed. We may limit quantities per customer, restrict sales by region, or discontinue any item at any time.

5. Pricing & Errors

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude shipping unless stated. We may change prices at any time, but never retroactively on an order already dispatched.

Where a "regular" or "compare at" price appears beside a sale price, it reflects the item's genuine usual selling price at Aurevora or a legitimate market reference — not an inflated figure engineered to make a discount look bigger.

Errors still happen despite our care. Where an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order even after confirmation and will refund you in full. We're not obliged to honor a pricing error, and you'll be notified before any cancellation.

6. When an Order Becomes Binding

Submitting payment is an offer to buy, not a concluded contract. The automatic confirmation email acknowledges that we received your order — it isn't yet acceptance of it.

The contract forms when we dispatch your order. Until that point we may decline or cancel for any legitimate reason: stock shortage, pricing error, suspected fraud, a shipping restriction at your address, a failed payment check, or an order quantity that looks like resale rather than personal use. Where we cancel, we refund in full and promptly.

7. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout via a secure third-party processor. We accept the cards and wallets displayed there, and your provider's own terms apply to the transaction.

You confirm the payment method is yours and that you're authorized to use it. Unauthorized use may be reported to your provider and, where appropriate, to law enforcement. Where a payment reverses or fails after dispatch, you remain liable for the amount owed plus reasonable recovery costs.

8. Shipping, Title & Risk

Delivery estimates, costs, and destinations sit on our Shipping Policy page, which forms part of these terms. Estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and a missed estimate isn't a breach of contract.

Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the address you supplied. Entering that address correctly is your responsibility — we aren't liable for a parcel correctly delivered to an address you typed incorrectly.

9. Import Duties & Taxes

For international orders, duties, taxes, and customs handling fees are levied by your own country, are separate from anything you paid us, and are your responsibility. We declare accurate contents and values on all customs documentation and will not misdeclare a shipment. Where a parcel is refused or abandoned over unpaid charges, section 10 of our Return & Refund Policy applies.

10. Returns & Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these terms. In short: unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery, with damaged, faulty, or incorrect items handled at our cost. Read the full policy for the detail.

11. Product Use, Suitability & Safety

Products are supplied for their intended, ordinary purpose. Follow any manufacturer instructions, warnings, age guidance, and care requirements provided with your item. Damage or injury arising from use contrary to those instructions, from modification, or from unsuitable application isn't our responsibility.

Nothing on our site constitutes professional advice of any kind — medical, legal, financial, structural, or otherwise. Where suitability for a specific purpose matters, satisfy yourself before ordering, or ask us and we'll tell you what we actually know rather than what would close the sale.

12. Warranties

Where a manufacturer provides a warranty, its terms are set by the manufacturer, not by us, and we'll help you make contact if you need to claim. Separately, our return policy covers items that arrive faulty. Neither displaces your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.

13. Reviews & Content You Submit

Post a review and you keep ownership, but you grant Aurevora a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce it in connection with our business.

Submissions must be your own honest experience. Don't post anything false, defamatory, infringing, unlawful, or containing another person's private information. We may edit for length or clarity, or remove any submission at our discretion.

Reviews are individual opinion. We don't endorse them as statements of fact, and they don't predict your own experience.

14. Acceptable Use

Don't use aurevora.store to:

Break any law or regulation
Infringe our rights or anyone else's
Transmit malware or attempt to disrupt or overload the site
Probe, scan, or circumvent security and authentication measures
Scrape content, images, or prices by automated means without permission
Impersonate another person or misrepresent an affiliation
Place fraudulent orders or abuse promotions, discount codes, or the returns process
Resell our products commercially without written authorization

15. Intellectual Property

The Aurevora name, logo, site design, text, graphics, photography, and layout are owned by or licensed to us and protected under US and international law. Third-party trademarks and product names remain the property of their owners.

You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, scrape, mirror, or commercially exploit any part of the site without written permission.

16. Third-Party Services & Links

The site links to and integrates third-party services — payment processing, tracking, analytics. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, practices, or availability. Their terms apply when you use them.

17. Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that all content is complete, current, and accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement in respect of the website itself. Nothing here excludes any warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your rights under applicable consumer protection law and any manufacturer warranty supplied with a product.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent the law permits, Aurevora and its officers, employees, and suppliers aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the site or any product bought through it.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to it.

These limits don't apply to liability that can't be limited by law, including death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation. Some states don't permit certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

19. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Aurevora harmless against claims, damages, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or your use of a product contrary to its instructions or applicable law.

20. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before starting formal proceedings, please Email: support@aurevora.store with a clear description of the problem. We'll try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days — and in practice, almost everything ends here.

If informal resolution fails, you and Aurevora agree that any claim will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section stops you bringing a claim in a small-claims court available to you, or filing a complaint with a consumer protection authority in your own jurisdiction.

21. Force Majeure

We're not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control — natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, epidemic, war, civil unrest, government action, labor disputes, carrier failures, customs delays, utility outages, or internet and hosting disruption.

22. Severability & Waiver

If a provision is found unenforceable, it's limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder stays in force. Failing to enforce a provision isn't a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

23. Entire Agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, form the whole agreement between you and Aurevora regarding your use of the site and any purchase.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. The current version always sits on this page with its "last updated" date. Changes take effect when posted, and the terms in force when you order apply to that order. Material changes get flagged on the site. Continued use after a revision means you accept it.
