Privacy policy

This page sets out what information Aurevora collects when you use aurevora.store, why we hold it, who else gets to see it, and what you can do about it. We've written it to be read rather than skimmed past.

Summary

We collect what running a store requires — order details, contact information, and how people use the site. We pass what's necessary to the services that make payment and delivery work. We do not sell your personal information. You can ask to see your data, correct it, or have it deleted, and we'll act on that.

Who Holds Your Data

Address: 1931 Market Center Blvd Dallas, TX 75207 United States

Email: support@aurevora.store

Aurevora is the business responsible for the information described below. Our storefront runs on a hosted e-commerce platform, which processes data on our behalf under its own agreements with us.

1. What You Give Us Directly

  • Contact and identity details — name, email, shipping and billing addresses, and a phone number if you choose to add one for delivery purposes
  • Order records — what you bought, when, at what price, and any notes you left
  • Payment confirmation — our processor handles the transaction and returns the result. Full card numbers never reach us and we don't store them.
  • Correspondence — the content of your emails and contact-form messages
  • Marketing preferences — whether you've opted in, and what you've engaged with
  • Account details — where you create one, a username and an encrypted password
  • Reviews and submissions — anything you choose to publish on our site

2. What We Collect Automatically

Browsing generates technical data whether or not you buy:

  • IP address, and the approximate country and city it indicates
  • Browser and version, device type, screen dimensions, operating system
  • Pages viewed, in what sequence, and time spent
  • The referring site or search that brought you here
  • Products viewed, cart activity, and whether checkout completed
  • Cookie and device identifiers

This is how we discover that a product page loses people halfway down or that checkout breaks on a particular browser. We look at it in aggregate rather than following individuals around.

3. Cookies & Tracking

Cookies are small files stored on your device so a site can recognize it between visits. They can't carry viruses or read files off your computer. We use four categories:

Strictly necessary — cart contents, session management, security and fraud checks. The store won't function without these, so they can't be disabled.

Preference — remembering your region, currency, and display settings.

Analytics — measuring traffic and behavior so we can fix what's broken. Includes tools such as Google Analytics.

Marketing — measuring advertising performance and, with your consent, showing you relevant ads elsewhere. May include Meta Pixel and comparable tools.

Your browser settings let you clear or block cookies, usually selectively. Blocking the necessary ones will break checkout. Where the law requires consent for non-essential cookies, we ask first, and you can withdraw that consent whenever you like.

Global Privacy Control: we honor the GPC signal where our systems detect it. Browser "Do Not Track" headers have no agreed standard behind them, so we don't act on those.

4. Why We Use It

Purpose What that means in practice
Fulfilling orders Taking payment, packing, passing your address to a carrier
Order communication Confirmations, dispatch notices, delivery and delay updates
Customer support Answering questions, processing returns, tracing lost parcels
Account management Keeping your saved details and order history available
Marketing Email only where you've opted in; measuring campaign performance
Improving the site Understanding what works, fixing what doesn't, testing changes
Fraud prevention Spotting suspicious transactions, protecting against abuse
Legal compliance Tax and accounting records, responding to lawful requests

We rely on your consent for marketing, contractual necessity for processing orders, and legitimate business interests for security and site improvement.

5. Who Else Sees It

We don't sell personal information, and we don't hand it to advertisers for their own independent use. We do pass limited data to providers who need it for a specific job:

  • Our e-commerce platform — hosts the store and processes order data
  • Payment processors — handle transactions and fraud screening
  • Carriers and fulfillment partners — need your name and address to deliver
  • Email platforms — send transactional and marketing messages
  • Analytics and advertising providers — measure site and campaign performance
  • Order-tracking services — power the tracking page
  • Customs brokers — for international shipments, where required by law
  • Professional advisers — accountants and legal counsel, where necessary

Each gets only what its function requires, and each is contractually bound to protect it and not repurpose it.

We may also disclose information where the law compels it — a valid subpoena, court order, or tax authority request — or where necessary to protect our rights, our customers, or public safety. If Aurevora is ever sold or merged, customer data may transfer as part of that deal, and this policy continues to apply until you're told otherwise.

6. How Long We Keep It

  • Order and transaction records — as long as US tax and accounting law requires, typically seven years
  • Support correspondence — up to two years after the matter closes
  • Account information — until you ask us to delete it
  • Marketing preferences — until you unsubscribe, plus a suppression record so we don't accidentally email you again
  • Analytics data — aggregated or de-identified, generally up to 26 months

Ask us to delete your data and we remove everything we aren't legally obliged to retain.

7. Security

We protect information with SSL/TLS encryption across the site, a PCI-compliant payment processor that keeps card details out of our hands entirely, access restricted internally on a need-to-know basis, and encrypted password storage.

No system is perfectly secure, and we'd rather state that than imply otherwise. If a breach ever affects your personal information, we'll notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires — our aim is within 72 hours of confirming an incident — and tell you what happened and what we're doing.

8. Your Rights

Wherever you are, you can ask us to:

  • Access the personal information we hold on you
  • Correct anything inaccurate or outdated
  • Delete your data, subject to records we're legally required to keep
  • Provide a copy in a portable format
  • Stop marketing to you
  • Withdraw consent for non-essential cookies and tracking

Email: support@aurevora.store to exercise any of these. We respond within 30 days and may ask you to verify your identity first — a sensible precaution, since we're not handing someone's order history to whoever asks for it. Exercising these rights is free and never affects the service you get.

9. State Privacy Rights (US)

Texas. Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, including access, correction, deletion, portability, and the right to opt out of targeted advertising, sale of personal data, and certain profiling. You may appeal a denied request by replying to our decision, and a different team member will review it.

California (CCPA/CPRA). California residents may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected in the past 12 months, its sources, our business purpose, and the categories of third parties involved; may request deletion or correction; and may opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA. Where our advertising cookies amount to "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising, you can opt out through our cookie controls or the GPC signal. We don't use or disclose sensitive personal information beyond legally permitted purposes, and we will never penalize you for exercising these rights.

Other states. Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Oregon, Montana, and other states with comprehensive privacy statutes hold comparable rights, including the right to appeal.

An authorized agent may act on your behalf with written proof of authorization.

10. Contact Forms & Email

What you submit through a contact form is stored and routed to our support inbox so we can reply. It isn't added to any marketing list and isn't used for advertising. We keep the thread only as long as needed to resolve your issue and meet our record-keeping obligations.

11. Children

Aurevora isn't directed at children, and our products are intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we'll delete it promptly.

12. Links to Other Sites

Our pages sometimes link outward. Once you leave aurevora.store, the destination site's privacy practices govern rather than ours. Worth a glance at their policy before sharing anything.

13. International Visitors

Our systems and service providers are located in the United States. If you use the site from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US, where privacy law differs from your own jurisdiction — for visitors from the UK, EU, and comparable regimes, that means protections may be weaker than at home. Using the site indicates your understanding of that transfer. You retain the rights set out in section 8 regardless of where you're based.

14. Changes

We revise this page when our practices change or the law requires. The effective date at the top always reflects the current version. Material changes to how we handle your data get announced by email or a site notice. Continuing to use aurevora.store after an update means you accept the revised policy.
