This machine is awesome compared to the older model oracle touch. The wand is great; the machine is so much quieter. one downside is the machine turns itself off after an hr idle.

ok, the Oracle Dual Boiler is a little pricey. The reason I selected it was for ease of use for house guests. It accomplishes this mission.
Overall impression of the Breville Double Boiler
Longtime Breville Oracle owner, but after 10 years of service it finally gave out. Replaced it with DB--have never read the instructions--some of the screens are not intuitively obvious as hoped.

This is an impressive machine
...That's why I own 2 of them. One clever feature this machine does is that it will adjust the grind size automatically, if your coffee extrudes too slow or too fast. So, the next pour will be perfect. Got to love it.
The best, wish it could handle bean switching
Truly fantastic. Makes amazing coffees, is so mess and faff free. The auto dial in is a god send. My only gripe is that I wish you could switch between two beans, e.g. change the hopper and toggle between beans 1 and 2 for caf and decaf. As it is even if you single dose it throws the auto dial in out.

I’ve been brewing for a few weeks now and I’m quite impressed. The auto dial in feature works quite well, and manual mode is nice if you’d like to tinker a bit. The automatic frothing is exceptional. Overall, no complaints at the moment.
