Best Grinder I’ve had yet!
I love this grinder and that I can custom set my grind times for any drink I make. It’s also quieter than my old burr grinder (not to say that it’s quiet) and grinds more consistently.

Espresso grinding
The Smart Grinder Pro works well, producing a consistent grind that works nicely with my La Pavoni espresso machine. I like having the ability to grind directly into my portafilter.
The full review also reports occasional stuck beans and settings resetting after a power loss.

I love Breville products, but the BCG820XL coffee grinder has some design flaws. I grind grounds for a 12-cup pot daily. It worked perfectly for about two to three months. However, after that point the same setting started yielding less and less grounds.
